We are nine people at Get Satisfaction, and we have to balance our ambition with a healthy dose of realism. We've gotten to the point where we're actually about to start making money in just over one year of being live. We're pretty proud of that. We're not quite there for internationalization and localization, but I think we are getting closer, especially considering how vocal and supportive people like you have been. We definitely want to go further and offer our site in other languages, but we have to undertake our projects very carefully. We only want to tackle what we know we can do very well. I know it may sound like a cop out (especially to folks who work at large organizations with dedicated development resources), but the truth is that we are still just a small startup, and we have to choose our projects very carefully. But, I absolutely can't wait until we do get to the point where we can offer the growing number of folks from around the world who are taking interest in us a simple and fun way to offer customer service. And that's no bull. Hey, thanks for writing about us!
