I am absolutely appalled by how poorly Facebook has managed this. The entire customer experience is poor, before,during, and after the drama... What online service can you think of that tells its customers it has changed its TOS by way of a blog…A blog that a customer has to find on his/her own, and say that he/she is interested in receiving that information.
