I think they handled this much better than the Beacon fiasco, but there&#039;s something not right with their legal department.

What online service can you think of that tells its customers it has changed its TOS by way of a blog…A blog that a customer has to find on his/her own, and say that he/she is interested in receiving that information.

Now that Facebook realizes it is in deep “doo-doo”, it will allow its users to have some say in their next version. That’s great. A little late, but thank you for extending this privilege. 

By the way - the Group that Facebook has created for users to post their comments about this DOESN&#039;T ACTUALLY WORK!???
