@Ashley, I am referring mostly to web applications or platforms that are custom-made, like Twitter, FriendFeed and others like these. Creating a website for a blog doesn't fall into the type of websites I refer to in this post.

I am surprised to see that we have to work 10 k hours for a stratup. I wonder whether it is only for any projects and startups of even for any new things to be done. Like, Creating a website for writing blogs and promoting ourselves etc.,

@Abhi, I think this is a hard one for anybody, but I would say the three main sources to find people who share your passion could include:

-People you've worked with in the past (I think this is the majority of times how teams are built)
-Meetups, conferences or seminars where people with the skillset you want get together
-College/University/Institutes: maybe taking classes and renewing your knowledge can lead to meeting other people with your same interests

Good luck!

Thanks for sharing.

I have an entrepreneur and have an idea but no money.

As you said--- "Try to find other developers that share your vision and try to divide the work. This one is obvious."

Can you suggest how should I go for it ? I mean how to find people with similar passion like me so that we can work together and make my idea into reality.

Thanks
